This course is designed to promote reflection on the underlying belief structure of teaching adults and learning in adulthood. This course focuses on an examination of the theory and practices of using planned change strategies for organization development (OD). The purpose of Research Apprenticeship is to prepare doctoral students for organization, education, and social research activities.
