• Students completing the Business Leadership certificate will demonstrate understanding the interrelatedness of forecasts and assumptions regarding revenues, costs, and financing on financial statements.
• Students completing the Business Leadership certificate will demonstrate understanding the underlying principles of leading individuals, teams, and organizations.
• Students completing the Business Leadership certificate will either use experiences provided by and guided by the course to construct and articulate the impact of their experiences on their understanding of course content or better understand a leader's role in helping organizations balance the pursuit of profits and good corporate citizenship through such practices as management for sustainability, ethical culture and leadership, corporate governance, and managing a globalized workforce, among others.
