The CALS Peer Leaders provide students the opportunity to further develop leadership and mentoring skills through a variety of activities involving student mentoring. The objective is to integrate students into college life; create awareness of the academic programs; and be available to guide students by fostering department and college engagement.

Students will learn skills in leadership, communication, networking, public speaking, and time management.
