- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in understanding and applying knowledge and skills appropriate to their professional field of specialization, including the ability to analyze and interpret complex data and research findings to inform system-level decision-making.
- Conduct advanced qualitative, quantitative, and/or mixed methods research studies relevant to their field of specialization, and use research findings to inform policy and practice at the system level.
- Design and implement comprehensive strategies to create supportive, diverse, equitable, and inclusive school environments based on advanced data analysis and evidence, and evaluate the impact of these strategies on student learning and development.
- Lead and/or facilitate collaborative activities with others such as peers, colleagues, teachers, administrators, community organizations, and parents to promote system-wide learning and development opportunities for all P-12 students.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technology for their field of specialization, and design and implement technology-based systems and programs to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment at the system level.
- Demonstrate advanced professional dispositions, knowledge of laws and policies, codes of ethics and professional standards appropriate to their field of specialization, and engage in ongoing leadership and professional development to shape policy and practice in the field.
